Every year, Cumilla Victoria Govt. College publishes a directory called 'Bandhan' containing the history of this College, its introduction, College-related information, periodic list of all the teachers - officers including the Principal and Vice-Principal as well as the important contact numbers of Cumilla town along with important information.
Cumilla Victoria Govt. The college has always been a significant partner in transforming Bangladesh into digital Bangladesh under the leadership of Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina - daughter of Bangabandhu, the greatest Bangali of all the time. Bangladesh is committed to building a 'paperless digital Bangladesh '. The launching of E-Bandhan is another small attempt of that continuous effort.
To commemorate the birth centenary of the Father of the Nation -Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, Cumilla Victoria Govt, College has introduced an app named 'E- Bondhon' by digitalizing the former directory named 'Bandhan'.
The main attraction of this app is that being an offline app, it will not cost any data for the users. Even with a single click the user can call the desired person, send an e-mail to them, visit their Facebook profile simultaneously.
