Patients of approved care providers in Australia download and register the app based on the credentials provided to them from the care provider. Patients will receive Telehealth appointment notifications on the app once set up by the medical practice. At the time of the appointment doctors will contact patients either video, voice or chat. Doctors will use a secure web panel to connect to the app.
