It’s our resilience that enables us to deal with challenges that may arise in all aspects of our lives. Resilience is not a trait that people either do or don’t have… it involves behaviours, thoughts and actions… and the good news is that these can be learned and developed in anyone. Rezl uses mindfulness to build resilience in a lasting sort of way. It’s as if there is “tank of resilience” inside each of us - and as we encounter challenges this resilience is used up. So it makes sense to take care of our resilience… and to build it up.
