The OK-HEALTHY App offers parent-child activities and practical tips about healthy eating and drinking, sufficient exercise and a good night's sleep for toddlers. The app has been developed for childcare workers and is a simple tool to work with parents on a healthy lifestyle for their toddlers.
This app was created by the Association of Parents in Childcare (BOinK) together with the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (HvA). The creation of the app was made possible in part by the Nutrition Center, PPINK, GGD Amsterdam and University of Amsterdam in collaboration with. Childcare Chair Foundation. The copyrights of the app belong to BOinK.
The content of this app uses knowledge and materials from the OK-HEALTHY project of the HvA in collaboration with: Healthy Childcare, Nutrition Center, NJi, BOinK, Pharos, PPINK, Branch organization Childcare Amsterdam, GGD Amsterdam, Kenniscentrum Sport & Bewegen , PLAYgrounds, childcare organizations (Impuls, Partou and Swazoom) and dietician practices (de Zoete 'Appel' and FitFood). The OK-GEZOND project is co-financed by the SIA Directorate, part of the Netherlands Organization for Scientific Research (NWO).
