It is an application attached to the CashCloud program www.cashcl.com, where the main screen of the CashCloud program contains all the most used shortcuts in the program in order to facilitate access to them. It is divided into four main sections, each section is distinguished by its own color, and within each section there are access shortcuts. The main page parts consist of the following:
First: the sales department
Cashier: Through it, you can access the cashier's page.
Sales report: View the daily and monthly sales report and during a specific period, through which you can also filter to view reports on the items sold and reports on customers and their purchases and invoices, also reports on sales of branches separately, and you can also print the sales report or export it in the form of an Excel file, more Details on the sales screen here.
Quotations: View a report of all quotations that have been output and filtered by branch, customer, or a specific date range. You can also print or export the quotations report as an Excel file.
Customers: Through it, you can add new customers, and view the data of all your customers and the details related to them, such as: due sales, sales reference, outstanding debts, and other details. You can also print the extracted data or export it as an Excel file.
Expenses: Adding company-specific expenses, and displaying a report of all expenses that took place during a specific period, with the ability to filter and display the expenses of a dedicated branch, or the expenses that were made by a specific person and contact, and you can also define specific expense categories and filter by categories (such as: electricity bills, Personal expenses, ..), and payment status (paid, payable, partial), and you can print the expense report or export it as an Excel file.
