I've used this app twice to charge my EV at a charging station near me. Both times, it failed to terminate my charging session, and I've had to wait a long time on a call to speak to someone to remotely terminate my charging session. The second time it happened they couldn't terminate my session remotely either and I've had to leave my car. It's such a wasted opportunity since there are at least 10 EV charging stations there that would have benefited the community if they were working properly.
