Difficult app to review, on the one hand it offers fantastic chess material that's not available anywhere else, but the app is rather glitchy (floating pieces get stuck), slow, takes way more battery/ data than necessary and overall inferior to the desktop site. the app still uses pixelated sprites for chess pieces, and the card menu does not allow you to read the title of a course beyond the first 10 letters or so.

never buy pro, this is insane you are paying 10$ a month for basically a bunch of lines you'll never see that don't go with any others because they are pulled from an actual book I know this is meant to be paid but I didn't expect that 10$ would get you a bunch of incomplete repertoires buy the actual books and don't waste your time on the pro subscription only buy the pro subscription if you are willing to read 100 different short and sweets on the same opening or middlegames
