Civis.Building is the App designed and developed by Civis S.p.A. dedicated exclusively to users housed in buildings or structures supervised by Civis S.p.A.
With Civis.Building, users can send Alert reports concerning the physical security of buildings to the Civis operations center at any time, which will immediately call the sender back.
It will then activate the operational procedure established based on the type of report received.
The users of the building will be constantly informed on the App about the actions taken by the control panel, even if provided for in a manner limited to pre-established emergency groups.
The following form indicates the location of the manned building, Civis S.p.A. undertakes to intervene exclusively at the address given at the beginning of the form.
The user of the App undertakes to:
- Do not use the App to send reports from locations other than the associated one and reported at the beginning of the form below.
- Immediately report any incorrect or changed location references within the building (STAIRCASE, FLOOR, ROOM) to your facility contact person. These references are shown at the beginning of the DashBoard form that follows.
- Send alarm reports responsibly and only for cases contractually provided for with the host structure or those present in the alarm sending form.
- Activate all possible countermeasures on the SmartPhone to prevent another person from using the App in the name of the user (screen lock). The SmartPhone containing the Civis.Building App can be transferred to another person only after uninstalling the App.
Civis S.p.A. reserves the right to suspend the authorization to use the App to users who send FALSE ALARMS repeatedly and irresponsibly.
