Civis.Home is the App designed and developed by Civis S.p.A. dedicated exclusively to users housed in a predetermined home.
With Civis.Home, users can send anti-theft alarm reports to the CIVIS Operations Center at any time, which will immediately call back the sender of the alarm report.
The CIVIS Operations Center will then activate the operational procedure established within the undersigned Service Commission.
The following form indicates the location of the house from which the anti-theft alarm reports can be sent, as indicated in the signed Service Commission. Civis undertakes to intervene exclusively at the address indicated in the undersigned Service Commission, which must necessarily correspond to the one indicated at the beginning of the form.
The user of the App undertakes to:
- Do not use the App to send reports from locations other than that associated with the Service Commission signed and reported at the beginning of the form below.
- Send anti-theft alerts responsibly
- Activate all possible countermeasures on the SmartPhone to prevent another person from using the App in the name of the user (screen lock). The SmartPhone containing the Civis.Home App can only be transferred to another person after uninstalling the App.
Civis S.p.A. reserves the right to suspend the authorization to use the App to users who send FALSE ALARMS repeatedly and irresponsibly.
