MFA on my private phone that is linked to my work email. So, after signing me out, I can't sign back in because I currently don't have access to my work email.

Terrible. Suffers from the twin problems of making login unnecessarily complex and constantly requiring me to re-authenticate. Whenever trying to access my tickets I frequently find I am logged out of the app. I then have to go through the process of getting a code from my WORK email, which is not always readily available. Completely unacceptable when I am at a barrier or worse having my ticket inspected on a train with poor signal! Fundamentally flawed. DO NOT RELY ON THIS APP!
