Called, the operator tried to help me but would not answer how much I am charged for the call. Then she put me on hold. The whole conversation took 30 minutes and I could not hang up and buy a ticket myself because I did not know if they would charge my company for the ticket and with my purchase my company would be charged twice

My check-ins never go smoothly but currently I have been standing in a hotel lobby for over 45 minutes because they "can't confirm booking" despite the fact I heard them on the phone with the front desk who confirmed the availability
