Explanation of the different timers:

AMRAP timer is a WOD timer that allows you to set a time cap to do "as many rounds as possible" in that period. You do as many reps or rounds as you can until the end of the AMRAP time cap. You can customise sound settings like halfway and full minute notifications to keep you going in your AMRAP workout, and if you choose, use the integrated round counter

EMOM timer (every minute on the minute) is a WOD timer that lets you set a work out length and the amount of rounds you want to perform. If you choose you will get sound cues before the start of each round and midway through each round.

Tabata HIIT WOD timer lets you set the work and rest time and the amount of rounds you want to do. Simple and intuitive it tallies up your total work time, all you need to do is start your WOD.

For time WOD timer is for timed functional fitness workouts. Select your time cap, ready, go!
