Cedac102 has created an App, Condominio102 Admin, which revolutionizes the way the administrator manages condominium interventions. The limits of space and time (which translate into not being able to be always in the workplace or in an apartment building to control the progress of an intervention, thus extending its duration) have been overcome: from now on the administrator will be able to always and everywhere monitor a condominium intervention (be it structural, maintenance or related to the systems) from start to finish.
Through the App, the condominium Administrator, in real time, can:
- Send a request for intervention to one or more suppliers and receive an email notification confirming that the job has been taken over;
- Communicate through a private chat with the supplier who accepted the intervention;
- Share documents and images instantly with the supplier;
- Record the reminders of the condominiums so as to be able to correctly evaluate the professionalism of the supplier and the quality of the intervention carried out by him;
- Check, through the Report Bulletin, the badge in and the badge out of the supplier in the condominium;
- Schedule the various interventions through the Agenda, which will allow him to organize the various interventions without overlapping suppliers and timetables.
At the end of the works, the administrator will be able to view the intervention as Completed by the supplier and all information relating to each intervention will be stored within the App, so that it can always be consulted.
All these activities are concentrated in a single application that is simple to use and which reduces the time needed to exchange information between the administrator and the supplier.
