Through the App, the supplier can:
Take charge of an intervention
If there is a problem within the condominium that requires immediate intervention, the suitable supplier is contacted by the administrator who entrusts him with the task. Once the intervention is taken over, the following information is sent to the supplier: condominium address, description of the damage and the type of intervention to be carried out.
Manage the Badge-in and the Badge-Out from the condominium:
Thanks to the App, the supplier communicates to the administrator the time of entry and exit by reading a QR-Code positioned above the plaque posted in the condominium.
Share information:
The app allows the supplier to share photos, documents and work progress with the administrator.
View the DUVRI documents of the condominium:
The supplier has at his disposal the Single Document for the Evaluation of Risks from Interference or DUVRI, loaded in the App: this document, by law, must be delivered by the client company to the supplier who carries out maintenance work or establishes temporary sites not subject to obligation to draft the Safety and Coordination Plan.
Record important information
The supplier has the possibility to enter and record the working hours, the materials used and their price, creating a bulletin that he can always update and which will remain on the platform until the end of the work.
