This keyboard lets users to input any character in the Unicode range 0x0000~0xFFFF, by manually specifying which of the 16 bits are active.
By pressing the bit buttons on the left, you can flip the individual bits, to get the bit sequence you want that corresponds to a character. The character is input when you press the button on the right.
