The worktime Application used to log and monitor tuttigli out the day input events
calculating on the basis of parameters set to highlight the excess delta and defect of the day and of the week.
On the Home page "In Machine" are highlighted all the information of daily events and functions
to generate events. It is the output forecast net and gross of Delta.
On the basis of the setting parameters can be configured:
- Define the criteria for calculation with regard to breaks.
- The duration of daily working hours
- The duration of weekly working hours
- The font size in the "time stamp" screen
In addition to the main events of input, output and pause, it is also planned some events of absence
necessary to calculate weekly durations.
Some of these events (bench) if entered from the "time stamp" screen are automated.
All events are historicized in an internal database and can be viewed and modifificati per day or per month.
And 'possible to export the contents of the database and import external events as long as they meet the requirements below:
- Folder for the Import / Export: / Downloads (Internal Memory)
- File export presenze.csv
- File import presenze.csv with following formtato
The import file must be copied in the download folder of the phone [timbrature.csv] and will be in the following CSV format:
