The name
Bashir bin Mohsen bin Shawqi Al-Thalaya
From the village of Arqoub, Al Thalaya, Al Mahwit Governorate
He has five boys
And the girls are two girls
He is the brother of the honorable Sheikh Fuad Al-Thalaya (may God protect him).
He, may God have mercy on him, moved to call to God in several governorates between Al-Bayda, Al-Hudaydah, Al-Mahwit and others.
He sought knowledge with our Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Imam, and our Sheikh Al-Imam said about him, “We have a blessed period of time seeking knowledge, and his request for knowledge in this house was a blessed request from a desire for knowledge and benefit from it along with good manners and virtuous manners, praise be to God.”

Then he began spreading knowledge by teaching and calling to God in the event of his illness and for several years while he was ill, but he did not leave teaching, may God have mercy on him, and the call to God, and he continued on that until the disease became severe, then God decreed for him to go to India for treatment.
His death came while he was in that country, may God have mercy on him.
