A brief summary of Sheikh Muhammad bin Hizam Al-Baadani
_
He is the honorable Sheikh Abu Abdullah: Muhammad bin Ali bin Hizam bin Ahmed bin Saeed Al-Baadani Al-Fadhli.

His birth was on the twenty-second day (22) of the month of Rabi` al-Akhir (4), in the year one thousand four hundred (1400 AH), in the city of Riyadh, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where his father was residing there to work, then his family returned to Yemen, two years after his birth, and the family stayed in Baadan for a few months, then their father moved them to the city (Ibb) and lived there.

The Sheikh, may God preserve him, was brought up in a family that preserved the obligations of God and the Sunnah.

Then God made it easy for the Sheikh to get to know the updated Imam, His Eminence Sheikh Muqbil bin Hadi Al-Wadi’i, may God have mercy on him, when he was then fifteen years old, may God forgive him.

This and we had visited with our father, the eminent Sheikh Imam Muqbil bin Hadi Al-Wadi’i, may God Almighty have mercy on him, the city of Ibb as a call to God in the year (1414) of the Prophet’s migration. (Yemen) Sheikh Muhammad bin Hizam was among those who attended that lecture, so Sheikh Muhammad was affected by that lecture and the personality of Imam Al-Wadi’i, may God Almighty have mercy on him.

The Sheikh received the beneficial sciences in Dar Al-Hadith in Dammaj, where he resided there for eighteen years, when he traveled and arrived there on the night of Friday, corresponding to the 29th of the month of Safar, 1418, and he stayed there until the year in which they were expelled from Dar Al-Hadith unjustly and on Wednesday. Corresponding to the 14th of Rabi’ al-Awwal of the year (1435), God treated those who were expelled from Dar al-Hadith with the integration of the oppressed in His justice, and He is the wisest of the rulers.


Sheikh Muhammed bin Hizam, may God preserve him, benefited from Imam Muqbil Al-Wadi’i, may God have mercy on him, with useful sciences, virtuous morals, education on the Sunnah and the correct belief, distinguishing from the people of heresy, and not mixing with them; Adherence to the approach of the Salaf, the Sheikh was influenced by the method of Sheikh Muqbil bin Hadi Al-Wadi’i, and he followed the same path as his path, may God have mercy on him, on the method of the righteous predecessors, may God be pleased with them.

The Sheikh received the beneficial sciences, on the authority of Sheikh Muqbil bin Hadi Al-Wadi’i, may God have mercy on him, in the science of hadith, jurisprudence and doctrine, and he took some lessons from some of the students of the Sheikh, may God have mercy on him.
And Sheikh Muqbil bin Hadi Al-Wadi’i, may God have mercy on him, mentioned it in his translation called (Translation of Abi Abd al-Rahman Muqbil bin Hadi Al-Wadi’i), which he wrote with his pen, may God have mercy on him.
He said on p. 57:

326- Muhammad bin Ali bin Hizam Al-Baadani: memorizes the Qur’an, “Buloogh Al-Maram,” “Umdat Al-Ahkam,” “Riyad Al-Salihin,” and “Sahih Muslim.”

The Sheikh had completed the memorization of the Qur’an in the year (1417), and before that he had memorized the Umdat al-Ahkam, al-Rahbiah in the obligatory duties, and al-Amriti’s system in the principles of jurisprudence.

Then the Sheikh, in the case of his residency, memorized Bulwog Al-Maram, then Riyadh Al-Salihin, the Book of Tawheed, then Sahih Muslim, then Alfiya Al-Iraqi in the terminology of the hadith, then Alfiya Ibn Malik in grammar, then the authentic chain of transmission from the causes of revelation, then the authentic chain of transmission that is not in the two Sahihs. Then the members of Sahih Al-Bukhari on the authority of Muslim.

Then the Sheikh began to cooperate in Dar Al-Hadith in Damaj in private lessons before and after the death of Sheikh Al-Waadi’i.

He opened various lessons in doctrine, monotheism, terminology, jurisprudence and its origins.

He taught in that blessed house in the Book of Tawheed, the explanation of Al-Wasitiya, the explanation of Al-Tahawiyah by Ibn Abi Al-Ezz, the Fath Al-Majid, the Fath Al-Alam in the explanation of Buloogh Al-Maram, the explanation of the system of Al-Amraiti, the explanation of the note by Al-Shanqiti, the explanation of the abbreviation of the sciences of hadith by Ibn Kathir, and the explanation of Nuzha Al-Nazra by Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar, and the restriction And the clarification of the Iraqi, and the controls of wounding and modification, and the explanation of the chosen one from the hadiths of the master of the righteous in the right belief.

A large number of students of knowledge have taken from him; Of different nationalities, even his students numbered in the thousands.

He has valuable books, with which God has benefited many people in the east and west of the earth.



God made it easy for the Sheikh to write useful books and works, the most famous of which are Fath Al-Alam by studying the hadiths of reaching the goal, the useful clarification on the book Fath Al-Majid, the jurisprudential facilitation in Sharh Al-Durar Al-Bahiya, the selection of hadiths from the master of the righteous in the correct belief, and the investigation of the singer by Ibn Qudamah with the participation of some of his students, and the Al-Anam with the provisions and issues of fasting, the benefits and clarifications with the explanation of Al-Amriti’s system, the facilitation of the roads, the enlightenment of the initiators with the terminology of the modernists, the opening of the Mannan in what was authentically abrogated from the Qur’an, the kindergarten of the beginning with the hadiths of the master of the messengers, and the beautiful benefits with the explanation of the illiterate Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah.

He has many books under work and preparation, and he has a collection of fatwas also under work and arrangement.
