Import your activities from your Garmin, Polar, Suunto, Coros, Fitbit GPS watch or directly from the applications of the Decathlon ecosystem (Connect, Coach or E-connected)
Debrief: After each training session, come and debrief your session so that we can adjust your plan (according to your feelings, your performance, your state of form, etc.)

TRAIL
Trail training plans are available! Prepare a trail from 0 to more than 120km (ultra-trail) now with our scalable and personalized plans! On the program, cross-training for cycling, running, short hill and long hill trail sessions, muscle building, running tips and recipes!
