TicketApp allows the maintenance technician to know in real time the maintenance of ordinary and extraordinary type assigned to him.
Tickets are sorted chronologically and their priority is highlighted with a different color:
- Red: High
- Yellow: Medium
- Light blue: Low
Each ticket is accompanied by detailed information that can be viewed by pressing a specific button.
Each ticket is geolocated and the user can trace the route to be taken to reach the destination
The operations allowed by the user are as follows:
- Acceptance / Rejection of an assigned ticket
- In case of refusal: choice of a reason among the list of those proposed
- Start work
- Pause a job
- Transfer of work to other maintainers for a reason chosen from those provided
- Completion of the work and compilation of the report
- Choice of the descriptive items of the ticket according to its type
- Insertion of the autograph signature
- Enter the name of the signer
