DeltaCall Task is the app integrated with the DeltaCall system that allows you to list the scheduled activities for the association's operators.
Each operator is equipped with a login and password issued by the association itself with which he can log into the app.
Through the app, operators can scroll through a daily calendar with the list of services booked and assigned to them.
After consulting the detailed information, the operator can decide to take charge or cancel the reservation if the service is no longer to be performed.
The take-over operation confirms the reservation and moves it between the services it must perform during the day.
These services will be visible in a special area that can be reached by clicking on the telephone symbol at the top right. If there are services to be performed, the operator sees a red dot with the number of services present in it.
When an operator terminates the service, taken in charge, he can specify the kilometers traveled and any notes.
Reservations scheduled in the future are highlighted in orange, those in the present in blue. Taking charge of a scheduled service in the future allows, in fact, to bring that service forward to the current date. Obviously, this eventuality is highlighted by a confirmation message.
All operations carried out on reservations and services are synchronized with those taking place from the DeltaCall backend environment.
