G-Leads is The Gade Learning and Development System that functions as a medium of collaboration, learning and developing employee competencies in supporting the Transformation of PT Pegadaian (Persero). G-Leads function:
1) As a medium of collaboration in working between Departments in the Corporate University Division and Regional Offices especially in operational training both in class and digital learning, ranging from calling, training evaluation, training report. As well as controlling the Corpu Division of training activities conducted in all Regional Offices of PT Pegadaian (Persero).
2) As a learning media and competency development for all PT Pegadaian (Persero) employees so that employees can access information about both inclass and digital learning training wherever and whenever.
