About SAPA Pegadaian

SAPA Pegadaian is an application for assistance services and also transaction services for Pegadaian Customers and Non-Customers that can be accessed anytime and anywhere in real time.
Pegadaian's SAPA application integrates all of Pegadaian's contact center channels to be able to handle complaints in real time in one hand.
The SAPA Pegadaian application can be accessed by two types of users, login users and non-login users. Login users can use all the features in the Sapa Pegadaian application, while non-login users can only use 4 (four) main features of Sapa Pegadaian, namely
Pawnshop :

Telephone / Voice Calls
This telephone feature is a voice feature that can be used by Customers and Non-Customers to obtain the necessary information or solve problems for free and is free of charge/pulse.

Video Calls
The Video Call feature is a voice feature that uses visuals like a video call. Can be used by Customers and Non-Customers to obtain the necessary information or solve problems for free and are not charged/pulled.

Live Chat - WhatsApp
Customers or non-customers will be directed directly to the official Pegadaian Whatsap, namely "Pawnshop Contact" and will be handled directly by a special agent to solve problems or provide information to customers or non-customers.

Live Chat
Customers/non-customers can use the Live Chat feature in the Sapa Pegadaian application by entering personal information such as name, email and mobile number.

E-mail
Customers / Non-Customers will be immediately directed to the official Pegadaian email (customer.care@pegadaian.co.id) to resolve problems or provide information to Customers / Non-Customers.

Social media
Customers / Non-Customers will be directed directly to Pegadaian's official Social Media (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter and Instagram) to solve problems or provide information to Customers / Non-customers.
Customers can track complaints Tickets made on the Sapa Pegadaian application through the progress ticket feature.
In addition to the complaint handling feature, Sapa Pegadaian also has a transaction feature that can only be accessed by customers who have already registered on the Sapa Pegadaian application.
