Update broke all connections. I had previously set-up the hub system and then also the two batteries a single battery systems because the hub is so unreliable. None will connect now. I tried deleting a system and it can see the battery, but fails the firmware update and will not set-up the system. I am really disappointed I spent the extra to have supposedly good service and USA products, but my experience thus far does not reflect the extra cost.

The app used to show the current draw on batteries in amps, but now it shows watts, which is less useful. Version 2 is unstable and unreliable compared to version 1. The power often reads 0% and SOC jumps around suddenly. The app cannot be relied upon when I am dry camping with my RV, although the batteries seem to work well. I hope the developers fix the many bugs soon, so we don't have to use our system blind. This app is very frustrating and disappointing for such expensive batteries

UPDATE: After the new UI upload, it's fancier but now, again, less stable. System insights crashes. Can't see individual battery status. It has potential but crashes often, on multiple versions of Android. No history or charts. Too bad...UPDATE: New firmware was installed around Nov 23. The app appears to be more stable now.

Despite the fact that the App recognizes my Hub, even after the upgrade to Version 1.1, it is not able to connect to it. VERY frustrating!

Not good. trying to decide if I hate the battery or the app more. A multimeter verifies the battery is charged. The app says anywhere between 0-70% charged... randomly. Not working on iPhone app either. A call to the company verifies this is a known problem. Waiting for a fix.
