Now reporting an issue to the authorities is very simple.


There are 4 sections to the application:

1. Take a photo/video or record sound
This will then be sent to cloud server authorities.

2. Provide Location
Automatically detected location is also sent along with the recorded media.

3. Add additional information
Complete the questionnaire and add brief description of the issue.

4. Submit Your Report
This will send a FixIt! request to authorities.
