The app is a little confusing. But the employees, I would never recommend anyone to finance through this place. They are hateful, leave you on hold all the time! I wanted to see how long hold time would be, 3 days! Keep in mind, if you call them, you BETTER RECORD THE CONVERSATION! They told me my vehicle was paid off from the recent hail storm. I owed nothing! Gap was picking up the rest. NOPE! Gap only paid $600. Gap was suppose to pay it all! Westlake will not help you with gap! They lie!
