Going to give it 2 stars because it's partially useful when it works. BUT, come on - fix this app so the phone/tablet with the app doesn't need to be on the 2.5Ghz network to connect to the softener. Most all mesh router systems advertise a single SSID for all bands and this makes it extremely difficult to use sloppy apps like this one.

Useful, but useless... Generally a good informative app, but the fact that it gives no push notifications is absurd. what's the point in giving the excessive water usage alert, but the only way to see it days or weeks after the event happened when you open the app to check on usage and salt level.

I bought a house with ecowater water softener and RO system ... im going to have to replace everything because I cannot get someone to sell me proprietary replacement filters or come out to service and show me how to use the softener... ive tried contacting them for over a year. i would not use them again, ever. according to the permits for my house they had to come back out to re-install it because it failed inspection the first time

once my ecowater account was set up and i logged in, the app was fully functional and showed me everything i would want to know about my water softener, statistics, reports, etc. Nice!
