The Journal of Gastroenterology of Mexico is the official organ of the Mexican Association of Gastroenterology. Their spaces are open to members of the Association as well as to any member of the medical community who expresses interest in using this forum to publish their work, complying with the editorial policies of the publication.
The main objective of the journal is to publish original works from the broad field of Gastroenterology, as well as to provide updated and relevant information on the specialty and related areas.

The journal accepts for publication, in Spanish and English, original articles, scientific letters, review articles, clinical guidelines, consensus, editorial comments, letters to the Editors, brief communications and clinical images in Gastroenterology.
