It is an innovative digital solution for the automation of customer care and follow-up processes, through which, on the one hand, the efficiency and speed of the service can be guaranteed. The application, which can be downloaded free of charge from all stores, will use technology to illustrate the operation of a product, view explanatory video tutorials on the correct use and maintenance of medical devices, download technical data sheets and book a remote appointment with an operator.
The app will also promote an interactive and immersive experience through Augmented Reality technology: just frame a customized orthopedic medical device with your smartphone to transfer the information you need to the customer in augmented mode (for example: use, maintenance, etc).
