RoboAreX is the RobotroniX AR (Augmented Reality) application.
The App allows you to receive instructions for monitoring and repairing the industrial devices produced by RobotroniX, without having to call customer care, reducing assistance costs, increasing production efficiency, solving technical problems without the need for on-site interventions, carrying out repairs at a distance.
RobotroniX develops turnkey mechatronic systems and hardware devices for NI embedded platforms (cRIO, sbRIO, and FlexRIO) to extend the NI ecosystem and meet customer needs.
After the delivery of the technologies, RobotroniX constantly supports the customer in the use, maintenance and technical support for the equipment developed and delivered.
With the development of this App, the RobotroniX customer, by downloading the RoboAreX App, will be able to frame the device (Machinery, Electronic Card, etc.) where the specific AR symbol appears, and immediately receive the necessary support information in Augmented Reality mode.
A real Augmented Reality Platform designed for the optimization of production and maintenance processes: it provides direct support to operators during the management activities of industrial machines, locates in real time any process errors or malfunctions and increases the precision in completion of the task or repair thanks to the check to do lists that guide the operator in the correct execution of each type of procedure.
