HangTen is a simple and easy to use interval timer, tailored for different styles of hangboarding. Three available timer structures to choose from when creating a new timer to match your workout style.

Repeater Timer - meant for power endurance hangboarding.

Obtain proper knowledge and instruction before beginning any kind of climbing or training for climbing (i.e. hangboarding, fingerboarding, etc.).

Always warm up properly before hangboarding to avoid injury. The ideal warmup is to climb for 20-40 minutes beginning with easy climbs and progressing up to your project grade.
