The tools provided in this app are derived from the CBT research base and developed into a user-friendly format by a psychologist with over 30 years of clinical experience.
Learn the CBT methods shown by decades of psychological research to be effective for changing your emotions/moods and behavior that contribute to depression, anxiety and stress, as well as problems in relationships, career and physical health.
These CBT methods can be used as self-help for minor issues or can be used in collaboration with your therapist to develop a treatment plan best suited to your situation. The Daily Goals feature can be used to record your plan and completed activities.

Guided CBT tools. Detailed without making it overwhelming. Has many articles and unique features to explore. Uses a different term-system than what I am used to, but there are question buttons that explain each section once you tap on them. Has many different ranges and types of emotions you can select (with no limit) per cognitive diary logs. Has an inspiring diary you can use as a gratitude journal, too! Rewards you for using the app. It's also light and small. Very useful and outstanding!!

Almost always I find a new perspective after a journal entry. Writing about what happened, my reactions and avoidances helps me get in touch with my feelings. The option to forward this to my counselor has been beneficial as well. The counselors I've shared with seem impressed with the app as well.
