The TraceMob application is a mobility tracer allowing you to collect, qualify and analyze your individual traces of mobility:
Collect: the application retrieves your geolocation data from your smartphone;
Qualify: every night, the application analyzes the geolocation data to correct them, refine them and deduce the modes of transport used (walking, cycling, car, public transport, TGV, plane);
Analyze: from the traces and modes of transport used, the application calculates an estimate of your carbon footprint in kg of CO2.

This application is developed as part of the Self Data Territorial project and the Agremob program in La Rochelle, the objective of which is to support changes in the mobility behavior of residents when they are given the ability to control their personal data.
The Mobile TraceMob application is based on the “E-Mission” source code project developed by Kalyanaraman Shankari from the NREL federal laboratory (USA). It was adapted for the Self Data Territorial project by the Fabrique des Mobilités.
