The Municipal Ombudsman of Mariana is the service that the City Hall provides for the Citizen to interact directly with the public administration, making him a participant and collaborator in decision-making processes and in the implementation of public policies.
Ensuring the legality, impersonality, morality and efficiency of the Administration's acts is the competence of the Municipal Ombudsman, supported by the force of art. 31 of the 1988 Federal Constitution.
