The Municipal Ombudsman is the service that the City Hall provides so that the Citizen can interact with the public administration directly, making him a participant and collaborator in the decision-making processes and in the implementation of public policies.
Ensuring the legality, impersonality, morality and efficiency of the Administration's acts is the competence of the Municipal Ombudsman, supported by the force of art. 31 of the Federal Constitution of 1988.
