The Egyptian Code of Criminal Procedure is the law that collects the legal rules that define the crime

 It thus protects the personal freedom of the Egyptian citizen, either from criminals or from the state.
 The law also defines authorities that criminalize acts,
And determine the rules of criminal proceedings from the moment of the crime until a final judgment has been issued and implemented.
 Where the prosecution is required to initiate the preliminary investigation, collect evidence and conduct the investigation, and bring the case
 (In addition to granting the victim the right to bring criminal proceedings against the accused)
 The criminal judge is also required to look for evidence and make judgments.
Thus, the Code of Criminal Procedure is the procedural law necessary for the enforcement of the Penal Code.
