the update bricked the app. it launches, then before the camera videos appear, it crashes. old version still works fine. don't update. update 9/18/2025: 3 months later and still no word on an updated version that fixes this issue. cannot go back to earlier version so have been unable to use the app to view remotely. update 12/28/25: Still no update, resolution, or word from devs in 6 months. going to have to move to a different system if they don't contact me soon. this company is not so good.

Still no update to fix the problems. Almost the end of the year. Been like this for almost 6 months. The system is still useless for anything but live viewing. Worked great until this last update. Still does not send notifications of any kind at all. Why has this not been fixed!!! Will never purchase another Lorex product. So glad I have allready put up a different brand of solar cameras. About ready to take this old system down and give it to someone. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!
