Fonoteca Sounds of Peace comes true thanks to the economic contributions made by the Ministry of Culture at the National Cultural Program Coordination and ParqueSoft Pasto where through a digital home application peace messages, audio content, radio programs; motivators changes, reflections and sound production. The contents to be found are built by children and young people between 13 and 17 years within the framework of the main activities in public libraries in the municipalities of Pasto in Nariño Colombia and Buesaco.
