ive used this app on iPhone and wanted to test it on an android phone and I am highly disappointed. even with allowing all the necessary permissions and making sure background stuff is on, etc. when a call comes in, the screen does not turn on, the app doesnt open, nothing. you have to unlock your phone and open the app to see the call and answer it, and hopefully youre not delayed entering the full system password that androids require doing every 3 days or you'll likely miss the call.
