Strong's Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible, also known as Strong's Concordance, is a concordance based on the King James Bible prepared under the direction of professor of theology at Drew Theological Seminary Dr. James Strong (1822-1894) and first published in 1890.
This is a cross-reference referring each word present in the biblical King James edition to the existing term in the text in the original language.
The goal of Strong agreement is to provide a biblical word benchmark for word, allowing the reader to find all occurrences of a particular word in the Bible. Thus, Strong translation provides an independent verification and provides an extra feature to a better understanding of the text.
