Official Pilgrims Affairs Office of Ghana Self registration and payment app. Ghana Hajj Board (also Ghana Hajj Secretariat ) is a division under the Pilgrims Affairs Office of Ghana. It was set up to oversee the annual airlifting of Ghanaian Hajj pilgrims to Saudi Arabia.
