Indeed, GoWiZapp allows trainers to meet the imminent needs of companies by individualizing training, apprentices to emancipate themselves on these needs and the company to monitor the acquisition of knowledge to accompany the apprentice in its evolution. The apprentice and the company then develop a relationship of trust. This educational approach responds to a shared proactive alternation.

This application supports the apprentice in the acquisition of business skills by an individual chart of skills tracking. The apprentice master declares in the apprentice's individual table his immediate needs and the notified trainer optimizes the training provided to the apprentice within the CFA so that the apprentice can be better armed during his alternation in business.

Individualizing the training of apprentices by adapting to the needs of the trades and the real needs of the field will help to reduce the rate of break-up or abandonment by the apprentice or the company.
