myGM Care

myGM Care is endorsed and has been developed in conjunction with Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership for use across Greater Manchester area. The app enables residents enrolled for home monitoring of their health to add their symptoms in order to facilitate closer collaboration with their care teams.
myGM Care app is compatible with most smartphones.
