Stuck on infinite loop on "Select your name to register"

this app is pretty good at working against its user. It's been an absolute pain, the process is extremely cumbersome, unlocking failed 90% of the time on one door and didn't work at all on the other one. I hate to say it but this app/service should not exist in 21st century. even though it has an "app" it brings you back to middle ages.
