FAQ
Q: Prescription refills - can I order prescriptions on behalf of my children or elderly parents?
A: Yes, this feature is now available! Go to the Me tab and it should be self-explanatory to add a dependent.
Q: Will you work with my GP?
A: Yes. The Rightdose Pharmacy app works with the majority of NHS GPs. All of your prescription requests will be sent for approval to your own GP. (This doesn't guarantee your GP will issue a prescription.)
Q: If I already order my prescriptions directly with my GP, do I still need your app?
A: It is helpful to use our new app. You can still order from your GP; the improvement with our app however is that you’ll be able to track your medicine throughout the entire journey – and get the personalised experience that we’re known for.
Q: Is my personal information safe?
A: Yes. Our app partner, Healthera, has gone through rigorous assurance processes with the NHS and is GDPR compliant.

Lack of communication between pharmacy and GP. Been a customer 54days and still not had a prescription via rightdose. Can't work out where the mess up lies. My daughter has set this up to make it easier with me being nearly housebound, and yet she's continually on at right dose and the GP . If I don't get one this time I will be going else where.
