Have to have this for kids school for sports. Cannot even access my account after signing up took way too long, because network errors and such . Then magically account was issued but now no password works. And the help email says 1 to 2 business days for response which does my child no good for tryouts. Terrible all around! If zero stars was an option I'd go with that. The website wasn't any better.
