Buyer Beware! Original Review 12/22/25 App is broken with recent update. Won't accept login details for existing accounts, unable to complete firmware updates, hearing aids now randomly power cycle constantly. Attention is needed here, something went wrong in beta testing. Update 12/29/25: 7 days in: login error has been fixed, but still unable to fix the firmware on my device rendering the R side basically useless. Update 12/29 PM: customer service refuses to troubleshoot via email or text.

I have only had good experience with this app and with the Lexie lumen hearing aids. I think the aids probably are capable of more than they are restricted to they seem to have plenty of room to be improved though they don't really need it. I would like to have a treble adjustment for the high pitch tones.
