ChangeDA is a Mobile Application which collects exchange rate information from the Pound (£), Euro (€), US Dollar ($) and Canadian dollar (CAD) dollars against the Algerian dinar on the parallel market at several points in Algiers .
The Algerian case is very singular in the foreign exchange market, because the foreign currency is not available for purchase in banks in the absence of exchange offices, which has allowed the proliferation of operations on the black market in a rate which does not meet any electronic payment rule.
