OEE stands for Overall Equipment Effectiveness.

OEE = Availability x Performance x Quality

where,

Availability = Operating Time / Planned Production Time

Performance = Ideal Part Time / (Operating Time / Total Parts)

Quality = Good Pieces / Total Pieces

and,

Operating Time = Planned Production Time - Down Time
Planned Production Time = Total Shift Length - Breaks
