Advanced Health Monitoring

The INS LifeGuardian® Premium Plan takes health tracking to the next level, integrating Wear OS monitoring and expert nurse oversight.

Our nurses use the technology in your Wear OS Watch to track your vital signs. If any readings fall outside your thresholds, a Registered Nurse reviews the data and may contact you to check in and ensure your safety.
For critical alerts - such as irregular heart rhythms or sustained abnormal heart rates - an alarm is triggered, prompting immediate nurse contact and, if required, emergency service coordination.

Monthly Health Review by a Registered Nurse

As part of the Premium Plan, if you would like, a Registered Nurse can reach out monthly to:
• Review your vital signs
• Discuss your physical and mental well-being
• Conduct a comprehensive health assessment
After the review, we can generate a detailed health report, which can be sent—only with your consent—to your GP, specialist, care provider, employer, or directly to you.
